Cast Lightning Storm by paying , targeting either copy of Stormchaser Drake.
Stormchaser Drake triggers, which due to Abundance causes you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a land card and put it into your hand.
Activate Lightning Storm by discarding a land card, putting that land card on the bottom of your library due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
Resolve the Lightning Storm ability, putting two charge counters on it and changing the target to the other copy of

How It Works

Activate Lightning Storm by discarding a land card, putting that land card on the bottom of your library due to Wheel of Sun and Moon.
Resolve the Lightning Storm ability, putting two charge counters on it and changing the target to the other copy of Stormchaser Drake.
Repeat from step 2.
Once Lightning Storm has an arbitrarily large number of charge counters, activate it by discarding a land to change its target to any other target of your choosing to deal infinite damage to that target.
